Our Construction Process

  •

Your project begins with a consultation where we learn about your backyard, home style, lifestyle, timeline, budget range, and the features you want to include.

This is where we talk through the type of pool you want, how you plan to use the space, and what matters most to you — whether that is entertaining, relaxing, family time, low maintenance, luxury finishes, or a complete resort-style backyard.

  • Once we understand your goals, our team creates a custom design direction for your pool. This helps you visualize the layout, shape, features, materials, and flow of the space before construction begins.

The 3D design process makes it easier to make confident decisions about the pool shape, spa placement, tanning ledge, water features, decking, lighting, and overall backyard layout.

  • After the design direction is established, we review the project scope, features, materials, equipment, finishes, and pricing. This is where your pool starts to become a complete plan.

Our team helps you make selections that fit your style, your property, and your long-term goals. From premium plaster and PebbleSheen® finishes to tile, coping, lighting, saltwater systems, automation, and water features, every detail is chosen with the finished space in mind.

  • Before construction starts, the project moves through planning, permitting, scheduling, and preparation. Our team helps coordinate the details needed to move the build forward properly.

This step is especially important because every property is different. Access, setbacks, drainage, elevation, utilities, HOA requirements, and local permitting can all affect how the project is planned
